LIGHTECH ARGENTINA S.A., domiciled at 1166 Reconquista St., 2º Floor, City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, and owner of the Site (hereinafter, “LIGHTECH”) may revise these Conditions at any time and update this page. The terms “User/s” and “Visitor/s” used herein refer to every physical and/or legal person that may access the Site for any purpose.

1.3. LIGTHECTH is in charge of the databases in which all the personal data provided through this Site is stored. Said databases have been duly registered before the National Direction for Personal Data Protection.

2. ACCESS AND USE OF WEB SITE – VISITOR’S BEHAVIOUR

2.1. The access and use of the Site does not require the Visitor’s previous subscription or registration.

2.2. The Visitor agrees to use the Site, services and contents pursuant to the conditions set forth herein, the applicable laws, the good faith and the public order. Therefore, any illegal use or similar use that may impair, prevent, damage and/or overload in any way the normal operation of the Site, or that directly or indirectly may infringe the same or any right of a third party is hereby prohibited.

LIGHTECH hereby reserves all rights of intellectual property rights acquired by law and international treaties, except for those owned by third parties. Any person that infringes the rights reserved herein will be sued according to the terms of intellectual property law and international treaties.
